2024 has been a year of remarkable achievements for Eximbank in the field of cards – an area the bank has identified as a strategic focus in its digital transformation journey and enhancing customer experience.
The year marked significant growth in Eximbank’s card business. With various initiatives to boost spending, offers, and cashback programs, along with close collaboration with strategic partners like JCB, the bank has made substantial strides in cashless payments. The continuous launch of new card products, adoption of advanced technology, and investments in risk management and customer care systems have enabled Eximbank to not only gain market share but also solidify its position among the leading banks with rapidly growing card ecosystems in Vietnam.

Eximbank was honored to receive the “Leading Bank in Card Payment Volume in 2024” award from JCB, a leading international card organization.

The bank aims for double-digit growth in total assets, deposits, and credit outstanding. Eximbank remains committed to a sustainable, safe, and efficient growth model by improving NIM, increasing low-cost CASA deposits, and attracting more low-cost funds from economic organizations and individuals.
Particularly in 2025, Eximbank will focus on deepening its card business with a clear strategy. This includes introducing new card lines with diverse features catering to different customer segments, strengthening partnerships and expanding spending benefits, and adopting modern technologies such as AI and enhanced security solutions to optimize user experiences.
