This year’s theme for the “Digital Transformation in Banking” event is “Smart Digital Ecosystem in the New Era.” The message emphasizes the banking sector’s commitment to placing people and businesses at the center of its services, promoting innovative products and services, and developing a smart digital ecosystem.

The event, organized by the State Bank with the participation of domestic and foreign credit institutions and technology companies, left a strong impression. It not only provided practical experiences for businesses and individuals but also affirmed the banking sector’s determination to innovate and pioneer digital transformation nationwide.

With a strategy to become a pioneer in implementing an inclusive finance model, Nam A Bank has quickly adapted to and embraced the technology wave. Nam A Bank’s digital ecosystem, including Robot OPBA, Open Banking, and OneBank, boasts advanced technology that offers seamless and superior experiences to its customers. Today, the usage rate of Nam A Bank’s digital services and products is increasing. Online transactions now account for over 97% of the bank’s total transfer and payment transactions.
