The event was graced by the presence of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Governor of the State Bank Nguyen Thi Hong, President of Hungary Sulyok Tamas, along with leaders from various ministries, commercial banks, international organizations, and experts in the field of finance and banking. At this year’s event, MB introduced the latest digital technology solutions, notably the digital financial platform, Biz MBBank, a dedicated digital banking application for businesses, to drive comprehensive digital transformation and enhance the competitiveness of the private economic sector.
Synchronized and Pervasive Digital Transformation
Following the success of the “Banking Industry Digital Transformation Day 2024”, this year’s program, themed “Smart Digital Ecosystem in the New Era”, marked the culmination of the implementation of Decision 810/QD-NHNN and set the direction for digital transformation until 2030. Taking place amidst the backdrop of significant resolutions such as Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo, the event demonstrated the strong determination of the banking industry to pioneer the creation of a modern digital financial ecosystem, contributing to Vietnam’s global aspirations.
Embracing the spirit of guidance from the State Bank, MB has materialized its digital transformation strategy by focusing on technology and innovation, actively fostering internal competition, and disseminating a digital mindset throughout the system. Thousands of staff members have been trained to develop a data-driven decision-making culture, aiming for a comprehensive, inclusive, and process-oriented digital transformation. MB is committed to accompanying the Government and the State Bank in making digital transformation a core task and a driving force for sustainable development in the finance and banking sector.

Unleashing Boundaries for Vietnamese Enterprises
At the technology booth within the event, MB introduced the Biz MBBank platform, a comprehensive financial solution exclusively developed for Vietnamese enterprises, embodying three core values: Speed, Safety, and Unlimited Connectivity.
Biz MBBank is more than just an electronic banking application; it is an intelligent digital financial ecosystem, integrating advanced technologies such as AI, Big Data, and DocAI. The solution enables enterprises to perform the entire credit process, from approval to disbursement and letter of credit issuance, entirely online, eliminating paper-based processes. The processing time has been reduced by tenfold compared to traditional methods. Notably, DocAI technology automates document checking, shortening processing time by 75%, enhancing accuracy, and reducing operating costs. MB has also implemented a credit scoring model based on real-time data such as cash flow, e-invoices, and account transactions, rather than relying solely on collateral, making credit access more flexible and equitable.
Event Impressions – Affirming MB’s Technological Prowess
The MB technology booth was honored to host Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, reflecting the government’s keen interest in modern digital financial solutions for businesses. MB’s offerings not only demonstrate superior technological capabilities but also deliver high practical value, effectively serving enterprises of all scales.
Some notable achievements announced by MB at the event include: 100% of enterprise credit processes conducted online, with funding provided within a maximum of two hours; Customs clearance completed in just one second through seamless connectivity with the customs system; Full process automation utilizing AI, Big Data, DocAI, and Smart Credit Scoring based on cash flow, e-invoices, and tax records, moving beyond collateral dependence.

MB currently operates two large digital platforms: Biz MBBank, serving over 350,000 enterprises, and APP MBBank, catering to more than 33 million users and handling up to eight billion transactions annually. In the future, MB aims to deeply integrate AI into its financial decision-making systems, interconnect with national data, expand the Open Finance platform, and collaborate with the e-Government initiative, thereby contributing to a modern, transparent, and comprehensively digitized Vietnam.
