On May 30, Hanoi People’s Committee issued four decisions to adjust and supplement the 2025 land use plan in Dong Anh, Soc Son, My Duc, and Bac Tu Liem districts.
In Bac Tu Liem district, the Hanoi People’s Committee added 41 projects with an area of 601.99 hectares to the list of projects and investments included in the 2025 land-use plan. These include projects such as the Fossil History Park, the Digital Transformation Science Park, the new Nam Song Hong urban area, and several parking lot construction projects to support transportation.

In Dong Anh district, the committee adjusted and added 38 projects with a total land area of approximately 477.82 hectares to the 2025 land-use plan. This includes public works projects such as the expansion of Bac Hong Primary School, the improvement of Van Noi High School, the expansion and improvement of Co Loa High School, and various road construction projects.
In My Duc district, six projects with a total land area of 14.97 hectares were adjusted and added to the 2025 land-use plan. These include infrastructure projects such as the improvement of National Highway 419, the construction of a road from Hop Thanh to Do Xa – Quan Son, and several land auction projects in Dong Set, Hoanh 1, Su Dong Quan Long, Hoanh 2, and Dong Mit 2.
In Soc Son district, the 2025 land-use plan was supplemented with ten newly registered projects, covering an area of 352.02 hectares. These include the new C1-9 urban area in Mai Dinh, the improvement of Tan Minh B Primary School, the construction of a medical station in Bac Phu, the construction of a primary and secondary school in Soc Son District 1, and the development of a geriatric hospital.
