The Hanoi People’s Committee has issued a decision to adjust and supplement the 2025 Land Use Plan for Chuong My District.

Accordingly, the Hanoi People’s Committee adjusted three projects with a total land area of approximately 8.58 hectares and added five projects with a total land area of about 45.73 hectares to the list of works and projects to be implemented in the 2025 Land Use Plan for Chuong My District.

Most of the added projects involve the construction of new urban areas and housing. For example: The project on technical infrastructure construction for land auction for residential land use in Do village, Dao Ngan village (Hop Dong commune); The new urban area of Dong Vai – Xuan Mai; The new urban area of Tien Truong – Xuan Mai (Xuan Mai town); The project on housing for the armed forces of the People’s Police in Dong Son commune (Chuong My district).

In 2025, Chuong My District will implement the construction of 98 projects.

The Hanoi People’s Committee also adjusted the number of projects and area in Decision No. 121/QD-UBND from 93 projects with a total area of 349.16 hectares to “98 projects with a total area of 403.4 hectares of land.”

It is known that among the 98 projects in the list of works and projects to be implemented in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Chuong My district, there are many projects on urban areas, housing areas, and land auction for land use rights.

For example, the construction of technical infrastructure for the land auction for residential land use in Bot Dien village, Phuong Ban village (Phung Chau commune); The construction of technical infrastructure for the land auction for residential land use in the new residential area of Dong Vai (Xuan Mai town); The land auction for residential land use in the interstitial land in Cao Son village (Tien Phuong commune); The land auction for residential land use at K6 Hill, Xuan Thuy village (Thuy Xuan Tien commune)…
