Management expenses were reduced by 25%, amounting to VND 26 billion. The company achieved a post-tax profit of nearly VND 24 billion, an increase of almost 11%.

As of the end of 2024, the company’s total assets amounted to VND 1,161 billion, a decrease from VND 1,220 billion at the beginning of the year. Short-term deposits under 12 months accounted for VND 446 billion, earning interest rates ranging from 4% to 6.1% per annum.

Payable debts exceeded VND 935 billion, a slight reduction of about VND 65 billion compared to the beginning of the year. Long-term unearned revenue accounted for more than VND 764 billion (comprised of land lease and advance receipt of land use rights, considered the industrial park enterprise’s “rainy day fund”), while short-term unearned revenue was over VND 20 billion. Additionally, short-term advance from buyers totaled VND 114 billion, with Hyosung Quang Nam Company Ltd. contributing nearly VND 102 billion.

2025 Post-Tax Profit Plan Takes a Step Back

On May 29, 2025, the People’s Committee of Quang Nam Province assigned financial targets for 2025 to Cizidco, including a revenue of VND 126.4 billion, an 8% increase compared to the actual performance in 2024; post-tax profit of VND 22.6 billion, a 1% decrease; ROE of 9.7%; and a contribution of VND 37.8 billion to the state budget.
