Phu Yen province boasts advantageous transport infrastructure and proximity to major economic zones such as Nhon Hoi Economic Zone (in Binh Dinh province) and Van Phong Economic Zone (in Khanh Hoa province). With its nearly 189 kilometers of coastline and stunning scenery, Phu Yen is not only a captivating tourist destination but also an important industrial and seaport hub in the South Central Coast and Central Highlands regions.

According to the Phu Yen Province Construction Department, prominent investors such as Hung Thinh Group, Novaland, Vinaconex, and VinaCapital have proposed large-scale project deployments in the province.

For instance, TH True Milk Group plans to develop a golf course project, an eco-villa and resort project spanning over 1,000 hectares. Hung Thinh Group also presented its master plan for a premium tourism and resort complex in Vung Ro Bay, covering more than 1,040 hectares, during their meeting with the provincial leaders of Phu Yen.

Novaland has submitted a planning proposal for sub-area 1/2,000 of the Tui Nhahm area in Xuan Dai Bay to the provincial leaders of Phu Yen. The primary objective of this plan is to develop Xuan Dai Bay into a prominent tourist destination within the South Central Coast region, attracting both international and domestic tourists, as well as premium and mass-market travelers.

Meanwhile, Sovico Corporation has proposed three significant projects in the province, including the expansion of Tuy Hoa Airport, the development of a 54-hectare knowledge city, and a 13.5-hectare seaside urban area in Tuy Hoa City. According to Sovico, Phu Yen, and specifically Tuy Hoa, possess substantial potential and advantages for the realization of tourism-oriented real estate projects. As an emerging market with ample room for growth, the province is attracting an increasing number of strategic investors, and Sovico is keen to be a part of this dynamic.
