In the midst of the digital transformation sweeping across Vietnam, local businesses are realizing that a basic chat tool is no longer sufficient to meet modern work demands. Internal communication, team collaboration, process management, document sharing, and even customer support are all taking place on digital communication platforms. However, many businesses are still using tools that are misaligned with the local context, culture, and technological infrastructure.

Lotus, a technology platform developed by VCCorp, is answering this growing need by launching Lotus Chat for Work, a specialized chat system tailored for the workplace. This platform prioritizes efficiency, security, and flexible expandability within organizations.

An online event named GET SYNC: Lotus For Work will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, on the CafeF Fanpage (https://www.facebook.com/CafeF) and the Lotus Chat YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@LotusChat).

A “Chat-to-Get-Work-Done” Ecosystem

While mainstream messaging apps today primarily serve personal communication needs, Lotus Chat for Work is positioned as a comprehensive “collaborative” platform. Beyond just messaging, calling, and group creation, Lotus Chat integrates artificial intelligence to suggest content, summarize conversations, and analyze work efficiency—features typically found in expensive foreign SaaS software.

According to VCCorp, Lotus Chat for Work also supports expandability to thousands of members within a single group, catering to large corporations and multi-branch systems. Notably, the platform utilizes an AI Platform developed by Vietnamese engineers to help businesses increase efficiency, reduce personnel costs, enhance KPIs, and boost sales.

Lotus Chat for Work is also integrated with business tools such as Bizfly Sale and Bizfly Marketing, creating a seamless connection from internal communications to sales management, customer care, and campaign deployment.

Very few chat platforms in Vietnam currently offer this dual capability of handling real-time communication and serving as a “support system” for business coordination and operations.

The event is not just a product launch but also an opportunity for the tech community, businesses, and interested users to engage directly with the development team. Mr. Nguyen The Tan, CEO of VCCorp, will be the main presenter and will participate in a Q&A session with the audience.
