A fire broke out in a wooden household goods factory in the Lien Ha craft village, Dong Anh district, Hanoi.
According to initial information, the fire started at around 7 am in a wooden household goods factory located in Lien Ha craft village, Lien Ha commune, Dong Anh district, Hanoi.
Upon receiving the report, the local fire protection and control force was dispatched to the scene to extinguish the blaze.
Due to the complex nature of the fire, Fire and Rescue Teams from Areas 1 and 3, along with a water tanker from the Dong Anh Urban Environment Joint Stock Company, were dispatched to support the fire-fighting efforts.
By 8:20 am, the fire was brought under control. The fire protection and control forces successfully contained the fire, preventing it from spreading to the 11 nearby houses.
It is reported that the fire resulted in one person suffering burns to their hand. The factory’s roof was deformed and collapsed due to the heat. The extent of the property damage is currently being assessed.
