According to Decision No. 1456/QD-BTC of Vietnam Social Security, effective from June 1st, 2025, Social Insurance Area XXVII will manage Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong Province, and Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province. The headquarters is located at No. 5, Nguyen Dong Chi Street, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
From the transfer date, units and organizations managed by the Ho Chi Minh City Social Security Office will transact and pay social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and occupational accident and disease insurance to Social Insurance Area XXVII through the following bank and treasury accounts:

From June 1st, 2025, units and organizations will no longer transfer payments for social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and occupational accident and disease insurance to the commercial bank account previously used by Ho Chi Minh City Social Security, as this account has been closed.
Units and organizations currently participating in social insurance at the city, district, and provincial levels under the management of Social Insurance Area XXVII should continue to transact dossiers and transfer payments to the managing social insurance agency until further notice.
