City Party Committee Establishes Task Forces for Upcoming Party Congresses
The Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City’s Party Agencies has recently established task forces to oversee and direct the upcoming Party Congresses of grassroots-level Party organizations for the 2025-2030 term.
Four task forces have been formed by the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City’s Party Agencies. The first task force is led by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi, member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Vice Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the City’s Party Agencies.

Task Force No. 2 is headed by Ms. Nguyen Thi Le, Vice Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Municipal People’s Council, and Permanent Vice Secretary of the Party Committee of the City’s Party Agencies.
The third task force is under the direction of Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, member of the City Party Committee’s Standing Board, Head of the City Party Committee’s Commission for Information and Education and Mass Mobilization, and Vice Secretary of the Party Committee of the City’s Party Agencies.
The fourth task force is led by Ms. Le Thi Hong Nga, Vice Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Inspection Commission of the Party Committee of the City’s Party Agencies.
The task forces are responsible for overseeing, directing, guiding, inspecting, and monitoring the preparation and organization of the Party Congresses of the assigned grassroots-level Party organizations. They provide guidance on procedures and regulations to ensure compliance with the directives and charter of higher-level Party organizations. The task forces also ensure the timely implementation of preparatory work for the Congresses.
Additionally, the task forces are tasked with disseminating and propagating documents from higher-level Party organizations, as well as managing public opinion and social sentiments before, during, and after the Congresses.
They also provide consultation on the appraisal of Congress documents and can attend the Congresses of Party cells under the Party Committees to provide direction, grasp the situation, and handle any arising issues.
The task forces will compile and report on the progress of the Congresses at the grassroots level. They will also report to the Party Committee’s Standing Board on any urgent or complex issues that arise during the process and propose appropriate solutions.
According to the decision, the task forces will conclude their duties after the successful completion of the Party Congresses of the assigned grassroots-level Party organizations.
