According to Ms. Dinh Thi Lan Phuong, Director of Accounting Product Division, since the beginning of May, the number of F&B business owners requesting consulting and implementation of e-invoices connected to cash registers has surged following the official issuance of Decree 70/2025/ND-CP.

iPOS.vn representatives admitted to being “overloaded” as they needed to simultaneously train and provide knowledge to the company’s staff about the transition process for customers. They also had to rush to support customers during this transition. In addition, the enterprise is mobilizing all resources to organize online workshops, create Zoom consulting rooms, design easy-to-understand guides, maintain quick support Zalo groups, and provide direct 1-1 consulting. Internal communication channels and social media are also being used continuously to convey clear and up-to-date information, helping to resolve confusion and supporting restaurant owners in their operations.

Despite the large volume of work and the ever-increasing support requirements, Ms. Phuong shared that her team always maintains a proactive and positive attitude: “We do not see this as pressure, but as a special moment when the entire F&B industry transforms together, towards compliance and more professional operations. For us, this is a true ‘festival’ – where businesses transition together for a transparent and developing market.”

iPOS.vn is recognized by the General Department of Taxation as meeting the conditions for deploying e-invoices

Before Decree 70/2025/ND-CP came into effect on June 1, 2025, iPOS.vn stated that they were ready with infrastructure, solutions, and a support team to accompany F&B businesses nationwide during the transition process, ensuring quick, standard, and timely implementation.

Generous support policies for restaurant owners

Not only limited to online consulting activities or providing information and materials, iPOS.vn has proactively implemented support policies, including giving away 10,000 free e-invoices. At the same time, the unit does not charge a fee for creating e-invoices for F&B businesses from May 2025.

According to a survey, each e-invoice in the market is currently priced at VND 300. With the gift of 10,000 invoices, iPOS.vn customers can save the equivalent of 6-10 months of e-invoice fees, reducing financial pressure during the transition process.

iPOS.vn’s representative said that in addition to quick implementation support, the enterprise is promoting the development of free online training courses. Along with that, the unit will provide in-depth materials to supplement knowledge and skills directly related to taxation, e-invoices, and practical situations to help restaurant owners confidently adapt to the new context. These activities are part of the enterprise’s long-term orientation: supporting the F&B industry to develop transparently, systematically, and sustainably.
