On May 23, 2025, representatives from TT Capital, Koterasu Group, and DKRS Company traveled to Japan to meet with the Cosmos Initia Group, sharing exciting news about the TT AVIO project and attending the inauguration ceremony of the ORION tower.
The good news for the Japanese joint venture is that 1,000 apartments in the AVIS tower have been sold in a short time. Meanwhile, the project is on track as the AVIS tower has completed two basement floors and is finalizing the ground floor.
Following this success, in June 2025, the joint venture continued to launch more than 1,000 apartments in the ORION tower, an upgraded version of TT AVIO in the East of Ho Chi Minh City. This meeting marked an important milestone, ushering in the next phase of project development.
Also in June 2025, TT AVIO customers will officially sign purchase agreements for apartments in the AVIS tower. These quality homes in Di An City, Binh Duong (soon to be the new Ho Chi Minh City) are gradually taking shape, demonstrating the sustainable value creation, credibility, and quality that the Japanese joint venture steadfastly pursues.

After the success of the AVIS tower, the Japanese joint venture inaugurates the ORION tower at TT AVIO.
During the meeting, the Japanese joint venture expressed their delight at the warm reception of their first product. A representative of the Cosmos Initia Group shared: “We are not merely pursuing profits; more importantly, we aim to create a convenient living space that suits the economic conditions of Vietnamese residents, so that anyone can easily realize their dream of home ownership.”

With the relentless efforts of the joint venture, future residents of TT AVIO will own quality living spaces in the new Ho Chi Minh City
According to the Cosmos Initia Group, the success of the AVIS tower is a proud testament to the mission of “Next GOOD – Bringing to customers and society, values that are ahead of their time, with a breakthrough mindset” embraced by the Japanese joint venture. This mission has become the shared philosophy among the partners.
“In the future, we will continue our collaboration with TTCapital and Koterasu Company to deliver convenient and high-quality living spaces to the people of Vietnam. With over 50 years of experience, successfully completing nearly 2,000 projects, and providing more than 100,000 apartments to the market, we believe this is a solid foundation for the joint venture to take the ORION tower to new heights,” affirmed the representative of Cosmos Initia.

TT Capital held a press conference about the AVIS tower and the upcoming ORION tower at the Cosmos Initia headquarters in Tokyo, Japan, together with the joint venture partners.
Regarding TT Capital, the company representative stated that they would continue to closely collaborate with major Japanese partners, striving to develop quality housing projects at reasonable prices that meet the practical needs of the people.
At the same time, the company is prepared to allocate resources and land funds to develop affordable housing projects, catering to the modern living space demands of young individuals and families who aspire to own their first home.
Notably, the Japanese joint venture offers financial support through the most competitive sales policies in the market, enabling these target groups to realize their homeownership dreams amid fluctuating prices.
