The Ho Chi Minh City Police Department’s Investigation Agency is conducting supplementary investigations into the case of Le Xuan Dinh for “fraudulent appropriation of property” at the Khuat Dien Housing Development and Investment Co., Ltd., and Phuc Phat Dien Housing Development and Investment Co., Ltd., according to Decision No. 762-01 dated September 28, 2020, Decision No. 15550/QD-CSKTD7 dated September 27, 2024, and Decision No. 971/QD-VKS-P3 dated May 15, 2025 of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Procuracy.
During the investigation, it was determined that Le Xuan Dinh used the legal entities of the Khuat Dien and Phuc Phat Dien companies to sign numerous contracts for the sale of land plots with individuals, subsequently appropriating their property.
To facilitate the investigation and ensure proper legal proceedings, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department’s Investigation Agency (Team 7 – Economic Police Department), located at 674 3/2 Street, Ward 14, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City, requests (for the third time) that individuals and organizations who have purchased land plots in non-existent projects from Le Xuan Dinh and the aforementioned companies come forward and report to the agency for resolution in accordance with legal regulations.
