PNC is set to be led by two seasoned executives in the book, stationery, and retail industries as it enters a new phase of development, following its merger with the Thien Long Group (TLG).
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Quynh is a veteran businessman with over 30 years of experience in management and leadership. He has held senior positions in several leading corporations in the oil and gas, jewelry, education, and publishing sectors.
In the publishing industry, Mr. Quynh is a familiar figure. He previously served as the CEO of Alpha Books, Vice Chairman of PNC (2011-2016), and is currently the Chairman of Saigon Books and Zenbooks – companies that have published and distributed thousands of valuable books to readers. With over 17 years of experience in the industry, he has an in-depth understanding of the publishing and book retail market. He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Publishing Association.

Ms. Vo Thi Hoang Quan has an extensive background working with large corporations such as FPT, Vingroup, Vinamilk, and Masan. She has hands-on experience in the distribution and retail sectors of the pharmaceutical, fast-moving consumer goods, and technology industries in Vietnam.

Ms. Vo Thi Hoang Quan has expertise in developing distribution and retail systems.
In her previous senior roles, Ms. Quan had the opportunity to engage in strategic planning, business model development, and the implementation of distribution and retail system expansion plans alongside these corporations.
With FPT Long Chau, between 2018 and 2021, Ms. Quan and her team gradually established the business model, operating procedures, and management system for the Long Chau pharmacy chain. They collaborated with manufacturers and distributors to ensure a nationwide supply of quality medicines.
During her tenure at Vinamilk, Ms. Quan, along with the sales team, tirelessly promoted Vinamilk products through modern distribution channels, including Vinamilk stores, e-commerce, supermarkets, convenience stores, and project customers.
Observers believe that Ms. Vo Thi Hoang Quan’s strategic and operational experience in the retail industry will drive growth for PNC in its new journey.
The personnel changes at PNC are consistent with the information disclosed in the previous merger announcement between PNC and TLG. TLG representatives expressed their appreciation for PNC’s team and the values built over nearly 45 years. Regarding management philosophy, TLG will participate in high-level governance, leveraging the current team’s capabilities and adding new elements where necessary to strengthen the workforce.
