The Hyundai Thà nh Công Vietnam auto joint venture (HTV) has just announced a promotion program offering registration fees of up to 100% for the car models it distributes in the market. The Korean car brand shared that this offer will apply to successful transactions made in June 2025.
The list of eligible models remains unchanged. Specifically, the promotion applies to several versions of the Grand i10 (Sedan 1.2 MT Standard), Accent (1.5 MT, 1.5 AT, 1.5 AT Special, 1.5 AT Premium), Stargazer (1.5 AT Standard, X 1.5 AT, X 1.5 AT Premium), Elantra (1.6 AT Standard), Custin (2.0T Premium), Tucson (2.0 MPI Standard, 2.0 MPI Special, 1.6 Turbo, 2.0 Diesel Special), Santa Fe (Exclusive, Prestige, Calligraphy 7C, Turbo Calligraphy) and Palisade (Exclusive 6C, Exclusive 7C, Prestige 6C, Prestige 7C).

However, the registration fee offer varies depending on the vehicle and dealership. Therefore, it is advisable to consult multiple dealerships to secure the best deal before making a purchase.
According to our survey, some dealerships are offering a maximum discount of up to 100 million VND for the Hyundai Palisade, bringing the actual selling price down to 1.369 billion VND. Meanwhile, many dealerships are offering a maximum discount of 100% on the registration fee for the Hyundai Santa Fe, amounting to approximately 107-137 million VND.

Notably, the Hyundai Accent, a bestselling sedan in the B-segment, is also being offered with a registration fee discount of up to 50% (20-35 million VND), with some dealerships offering up to 45 million VND. As a result, with a starting price of 419 million VND, the Hyundai Accent is now more affordable than the Toyota Vios (starting at 435 million VND after discounts) and is comparable to the Kia Morning X-Line, priced at 424 million VND.
In April 2025, Hyundai’s sales performance showed a 16.7% decline compared to the previous month, with only 4,470 vehicles reaching consumers. Unlike in March 2025, when the Accent was the bestselling model, in April, the Creta SUV took the top spot with 1,059 units sold, marking a 122.4% growth.
The second position was held by the Hyundai Accent with 568 units sold, a significant decrease of 45.8%, which caused it to lose its leading position in the B-segment sedan category to the Honda City (957 units). The Hyundai Grand i10 ranked fifth with 325 units sold, a 9.9% drop. Closely following was the Hyundai Venue with 224 units sold, a 28.4% decline.
The remaining spots were occupied by the Hyundai Custin with 165 units sold, Hyundai Santa Fe with 129 units, Hyundai Elantra with 76 units, and Hyundai Palisade with 69 units.
