In the early hours of June 4, heavy rain poured in the city of Bac Giang. By the start of the day, the rain had ceased. However, as reported by Tien Phong’s journalists, several roads in Bac Giang remained flooded, with some areas experiencing nearly 1-meter-deep floods.
The worst-hit area was 3/2 Square. The flooded roads impacted the commutes of Bac Giang residents heading to work. Notably, high school students in the city were scheduled to take their entrance exams that morning.
