The inter-sectoral inspection team of Dong Nai province recently met with Tan Mai Joint Stock Group Company and four enterprises leasing workshops in Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1 regarding compliance inspections in construction, land, tax, environment, and fire prevention and control.

At the meeting, all five enterprises signed a commitment to voluntarily relocate and hand over the entire premises by July 31, 2025, and are ready to coordinate with the task force for inventory and land retrieval, as well as self-dismantle structures, machinery, and warehouses.

Tan Mai Joint Stock Group Company, the lessee of over 17ha of land in the front area near An Hao Bridge – the central location of Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1, stated that to date, the company has relocated 50% of its offices to a new location. The remaining will be completed before July 15, 2025. Production activities have ceased entirely, and machinery and equipment have been dismantled, ready for transportation from June 10 to July 25, 2025.

All warehouse lease contracts have also been terminated, liquidated, and the premises retrieved by July 15, 2025, as notified by the company.

As the on-site architecture has been inventoried and recorded by the inventory team, Tan Mai also proposed to the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province, the People’s Committee of Bien Hoa city, and the Dong Nai Land Development Center to permit early dismantling of the structures to ensure the relocation proceeds as scheduled.

Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1 currently has 68 enterprises leasing land for production. The proactive withdrawal of these first five enterprises from the area is considered a positive signal, facilitating land retrieval and the implementation of the project to transform Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1 into an urban area and new administrative center of the province.
