Vingroup Group and Shopee Company Limited, representing Sea Ltd., have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on infrastructure development for e-commerce order fulfillment services, enhancing digital connectivity between businesses and consumers, and developing a sustainable digital ecosystem.
Specifically, the two parties will collaborate to implement support solutions for delivery to Shopee’s logistics partners (3PL), including the integration of VinFast electric vehicles and other innovative delivery solutions, to enhance the quality of delivery services.
This will enable sellers to reach a wider range of consumers nationwide and demonstrate a strong commitment to building a sustainable, smart, and efficient logistics model.

At the same time, the two sides will also cooperate to integrate smart lockers across Vingroup’s extensive urban system, including Vinhomes residential areas and Vincom shopping centers for order fulfillment. This will be an added convenience, offering consumers flexible choices in order receipt methods, ensuring safety, and catering to individual shopping habits.
“By combining Vingroup’s solid infrastructure and pioneering VinFast electric vehicles with Shopee’s extensive e-commerce network, we aim to establish an efficient, sustainable, and accessible digital ecosystem for both enterprises and consumers,” said Mr. Le Khac Hiep, Vice Chairman of Vingroup.
Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, Director of Shopee Vietnam, shared, “Through our collaboration with Vingroup, we aim to jointly promote the development of e-commerce in Vietnam. This will enhance the overall shopping experience and bring more convenience to both buyers and sellers. It is a significant step towards a more sustainable digital future for Vietnam.”
