A glimpse of Ky Anh town center.
Ky Anh, nestled in the southeast of Ha Tinh province, is both a mountainous and coastal district. In recent years, it has emerged as one of the localities with a high economic growth rate.
Over the past decade, Ky Anh’s economic scale is expected to have increased 2.5 times compared to 2015. The poverty rate has significantly dropped from 16.1% in 2015 to 1.82% in 2024. Per capita income has also witnessed a substantial rise, climbing from over VND 32 million in 2015 to more than VND 62 million in 2024.
Ky Anh currently plays a pivotal role in the province’s industrial and logistics development thanks to its array of industrial parks, seaports, and large-scale technical infrastructure. Notable mentions include the Vung Ang Economic Zone, a hub for heavy industry, energy, and the strategic seaport in North Central Vietnam, and the Son Duong Deep Seaport, one of the largest specialized ports in Vietnam… These developments have provided employment opportunities for tens of thousands of local and neighboring residents.
Additionally, vital transport arteries such as National Highway 1A, National Highway 12C, the North-South railway, and regional connecting routes facilitate cargo transportation, attract investment, and foster urban development in this area.

Why Are Property Prices in Hanoi Skyrocketing?
The soaring prices of apartments in Hanoi can be attributed to the high input costs of developing a commercial residential project. Land costs, which account for 25% of the total, surge to 40-50% for prime locations. Additionally, construction costs have been on a steep upward trajectory recently, contributing significantly to the overall expense.
