Vingroup and Shopee Company Limited, representing Sea Ltd., have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on infrastructure development for e-commerce order fulfillment services, enhancing digital connectivity between businesses and consumers, and fostering a sustainable digital ecosystem.

Specifically, the two parties will collaborate on implementing support measures for Shopee’s third-party logistics (3PL) partners, including integrating VinFast electric vehicles and other innovative delivery solutions to enhance delivery services.

The collaboration also entails researching and integrating smart lockers across Vingroup’s extensive urban ecosystem, including Vinhomes residential areas and Vincom shopping centers, for convenient package pickup.

Mr. Le Khac Hiep, Vice Chairman of Vingroup, stated, “By combining Vingroup’s robust infrastructure and pioneering VinFast electric vehicles with Shopee’s extensive e-commerce network, we aim to establish a more efficient, sustainable, and accessible digital ecosystem for businesses and consumers alike.”
