According to the Bac Giang Provincial Department of Finance, the total number of office buildings that need to be rearranged and handled during the administrative rearrangement of the district and People’s Committees of communal-level localities is 244.
Based on the proposals of the People’s Committees of district-level localities, 136 office buildings will be retained for continued use as offices for the new communes, leaving 108 surplus buildings. Of these, 79 will be converted into cultural, educational, and medical facilities, while 29 will be managed and utilized by the Land Development Center.

In Son Dong district, there are 20 office buildings (excluding independent subordinate units), with 14 allocated to the communal-level localities within the district. Of the surplus six, two will be rearranged for use by other agencies, and four will be returned and transferred to the Land Development Center.
Luc Ngan district has 18 office buildings (excluding independent subordinate units), 16 of which will be allocated to the communal-level localities within the district. The remaining two surplus buildings will be rearranged for use by other agencies.
Chu town has 15 office buildings (excluding independent subordinate units), eight of which will be allocated to the communal-level localities within its jurisdiction. The seven surplus buildings will be rearranged for use by other agencies.
Luc Nam district has 30 office buildings (excluding independent subordinate units), with 17 allocated to the communal-level localities within the district. Of the 13 surplus buildings, six will be rearranged for use by other agencies, while seven will be returned and transferred to the Land Development Center.
Lang Giang district has 22 office buildings (excluding independent subordinate units), 12 of which will be allocated to the communal-level localities within the district. Of the 10 surplus buildings, eight will be rearranged for use by other agencies, and two will be returned and transferred to the Land Development Center.

Yen The district has 24 office buildings (excluding independent subordinate units), 19 of which will be allocated to the communal-level localities. Four of the five surplus buildings will be rearranged for use by other agencies, while one will be returned and transferred to the Land Development Center.
Tan Yen district has 21 office buildings (excluding subordinate units), 11 of which will be allocated to the communal-level localities within the district. Nine of the 10 surplus buildings will be rearranged for use by other agencies, while one will be returned and transferred to the Land Development Center.
Hiep Hoa district has 28 office buildings (excluding independent subordinate units), nine of which will be allocated to the communal-level localities within the district. The 19 surplus buildings will be rearranged for use by other agencies.
Viet Yen town has 21 office buildings (excluding subordinate units), eight of which will be allocated to the communal-level localities within its jurisdiction. Of the 13 surplus buildings, 10 will be rearranged for use by other agencies, and three will be returned and transferred to the Land Development Center.
Bac Giang city has 45 office buildings (excluding independent subordinate units), 22 of which will be allocated to the communal-level localities within the city. Of the 23 surplus buildings, 12 will be rearranged for use by other agencies, and 11 will be returned and transferred to the Land Development Center.
