Vietnam’s National Office of Intellectual Property recently announced a new series of industrial designs registered in May 2025. Notably, this list included a new scooter model, the Honda NWX 125, registered by Honda Motor Company.

As revealed by the registration documents, the Honda NWX 125 is a scooter model manufactured by the Wuyang-Honda joint venture in China and launched in the country in mid-2024.

The Honda NWX 125 scooter features in the May 2025 issue of the Industrial Property Gazette.

In China, the NWX 125 is available in three versions: CBS, ABS, and ABS-Smartkey. The listed prices range from 9,490 to 11,490 Chinese yuan (approximately 33.5 to 40.6 million Vietnamese dong).

The registration of the Honda NWX 125’s design protection in Vietnam suggests that this scooter model may soon be officially distributed in the country.
