On June 7th, Production, Trading, and Services Joint-Stock Company (PTM), a subsidiary of Ha Xanh Automobile Services Joint-Stock Company (Haxaco Group, stock code HAX), officially inaugurated MG An Giang, a 3S Premium global standard authorized dealership.
Moving forward, Haxaco focuses on expanding MG vehicle distribution in the Mekong Delta region. The target for 2025 is to have 20 dealerships nationwide.
Mr. Tran Van My, CEO of PTM, assessed that the Western region is experiencing vibrant development and identified it as one of the key markets.
The authorized 3S Premium MG An Giang dealership offers a full range of functions, including sales, maintenance and repair services, and the provision of genuine spare parts, all in line with MG’s global standards.

Prior to the opening of MG An Giang, the company inaugurated MG Can Tho, and PTM also has a representative office in Kien Giang. PTM aims to have authorized dealerships in all six provinces of the Mekong Delta region.
PTM’s leadership estimates that the distribution of MG vehicles will bring in profits of approximately VND 60-80 billion in the first six months, continuing to be the main growth driver for both PTM and Haxaco Group.
Speaking at the inauguration of MG An Giang, Mr. Tran Nam Thang, Vice President of SAIC Motor Vietnam Co., Ltd. (SMV), shared that MG is a British automotive brand with a 101-year history.
In 2024, MG sold 1 million vehicles worldwide. In Vietnam, MG currently has nearly 40,000 customers.
Mr. Do Tien Dung, Chairman of Haxaco Group’s Board of Directors, shared that Haxaco is the leading distributor of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Vietnam, with a 40% market share.
Four years ago, Haxaco decided to expand its business. After thorough research, the company chose MG as its partner.
“We are proud to be the first to open MG dealerships in Vietnam, in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. To date, Haxaco Group has 15 dealerships, aiming for 20 in 2025 (with 5 more in the works). MG, a British automotive brand, offers a diverse range of models at reasonable prices. Despite its late entry into Vietnam, MG has brought a fresh breeze and breakthrough to the automotive market,” said Mr. Do Tien Dung.
