Based on the PDR closing price of VND 17,850 per share in the afternoon session of June 09, Mr. Danh is estimated to pocket nearly VND 61 billion if he sells all the registered shares.

Mr. Danh has been serving as a member of PDR’s Board of Directors since 2022. In addition to PDR, he is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Filmore Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company and a member of the Board of Directors of AKYN Hotel Investment and Management Joint Stock Company.

Prior to Mr. Danh, Mr. Bui Quang Anh Vu, a member of the Board of Directors and General Director of PDR, also completely divested his holding of over 1.4 million shares, equivalent to 0.16% of the Company’s capital, before the Lunar New Year 2025, to meet his financial needs. Mr. Vu mentioned that the sold shares were ESOP shares that he had received earlier, and the proceeds were used to purchase PDR’s products.
Another member of PDR’s Board of Directors, Mr. Le Quang Phuc, reduced his holdings by selling 240,000 shares in March 2025, decreasing his ownership from 0.11% to 0.08%.
The move by PDR’s Vice Chairman takes place ahead of the Company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) scheduled for June 27, 2025. At the AGM, the PDR Board of Directors plans to present the 2025 business plan, targeting VND 3,200 billion in total revenue and VND 907 billion in pre-tax profit, representing a 2.5-fold and 3.5-fold increase compared to the previous year, respectively. If achieved, 2025 will be the most profitable year for PDR in the last three years (2023-2025).
PDR’s ambitious targets are set against the backdrop of the Company’s positive outlook on the macroeconomic policies, which are believed to present a golden opportunity. The Company’s prospects and potential are enhanced by the macroeconomic dynamics, particularly the news of the merger of Binh Duong and Ba Ria – Vung Tau provinces into Ho Chi Minh City, as PDR owns a significant land bank and has multiple projects in these merging regions.
Furthermore, PDR emphasizes the importance of legal unblocking in removing obstacles for stalled real estate projects and creating opportunities for restructuring and sustainable development in the market.
