The Can Gio Coastal Urban Area is located at the sea gate of Long Hoa
commune and Can Thanh town (Can Gio district, Ho Chi Minh City) with a
total area of 2,870 hectares.

This project has an impact not only on Ho Chi Minh City but also
stimulates growth in the Southeast region, offering a breakthrough vision
for national marine economic development.

Vingroup is the investor of the Can Gio Coastal Urban Area project –
Vinhomes Green Paradise.

Vingroup aims to develop Vinhomes Green Paradise into a new symbol of
prosperity with a series of world-class projects, unprecedented in
Vietnam.

The highlight is the “Blue Waves Theatre” with a unique architecture
designed by the renowned design consultancy firm Gensler. The project
spans 7 hectares.

Also featured are the world’s largest artificial Paradise Lagoon
(443 hectares); the 5-star international Landmark Harbour capable of
accommodating luxury superyachts; a chain of high-end hotels; 2 golf
courses, each with 18 holes, designed by legends Tiger Woods (West –
Sunset) and Robert Trent Jones II (East – Sunrise)…

Notably, there is a 122-hectare tourism and entertainment complex,
including a safari, a themed park modeled after Disneyland and
Universal; Winter Wonderland, a 30,000 m2 snow park with an ice rink,
snow slide, and zipline…

Vinhomes Green Paradise is envisioned to become the economic and
financial hub of the region with a vibrant lifestyle and high-quality
social infrastructure, including a 108-story tower. It will feature
luxury villas, premium apartments, modern commercial centers, and
Michelin-starred restaurants…

Notably, Cleveland Clinic – one of the world’s largest nonprofit
academic healthcare systems – will be present at Vinmec Can Gio. The
project will also feature high-quality education systems such as
Vinschool and other educational brands, offering diverse choices for
residents.

Mr. Nguyen Viet Quang – Vice Chairman and CEO of Vingroup – committed:
“We believe that urban development in Can Gio cannot follow the old
path; instead, it requires a completely new approach that harmoniously
blends development and conservation, where modernity and nature
resonate to enhance people’s quality of life.”

“We aspire to build Vinhomes Green Paradise into a world-leading ESG
urban area, showcasing Vietnam’s ESG excellence on the global map,”
said Mr. Quang.

Since the groundbreaking ceremony on April 19, Vingroup has been
expediting the construction process.

Vingroup has mobilized hundreds of machinery and equipment for the
project construction.

The Can Gio Coastal Urban Area project was approved in 2003 with a total
area of 856 hectares in Long Hoa commune, comprising two areas: the
30/4 Tourist Area with an area of 256 hectares and the Coastal
Reclamation Tourist Area with an area of about 600 hectares.

At the beginning of 2025, Mr. Bui Xuan Cuong – Vice Chairman of the Ho
Chi Minh City People’s Committee – signed Decision No. 340/QD-UBND
approving the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 for the Can Gio
Coastal Urban Area (Can Gio district) with 4 sub-areas: A, B, C, and
D-E.

Sub-area A covers approximately 953 hectares and is an ecological
residential area associated with tourist services in the gateway area
of the Can Gio coastal urban area. Sub-area A is divided into 8
sub-areas, including 4 residential units (A1, A3, A4, A6) and 4
functional areas (A2, A5, A7, A8).

Sub-area B spans over 659 hectares and comprises residential, tourist,
service, urban public works (healthcare, education, administrative
offices, trade, services, offices…), urban green spaces, and urban
technical infrastructure, following the orientation of a modern and
smart city.

Sub-area B is divided into 4 residential units: B1, B2, B3, and B4, with
a projected population of 75,000 people, and a functional area: B5, a
tourist and resort area oriented towards the development of trade,
services, and tourism in combination with public service works.

Sub-area C, covering about 318 hectares, is the financial, economic,
trade, service, and office center, as well as a port, featuring a
modern and smart urban area with residential areas (terraced houses,
villas, high-rise buildings) that are modern and civilized.

Sub-area C is also divided into 6 residential units from C1 to C6 with
a maximum population of 41,364 people. It includes a mixed-use
complex (mixed-use group of high-rise buildings with 44 floors) with a
maximum population of about 8,315 people, oriented towards the
development of trade, services, and tourism in combination with some
public service works.

Notably, the mixed-use complex with the symbol tower C3-30, a 108-story
tower located at the Hai Dang axis, is a commercial, service, office,
and hotel complex with a panoramic view of the entire urban area.
This complex boasts both impressive height and modern architectural
design, serving as a symbol for the entire city.
