
Ha Nam welcomes Sun Group’s 35,000 billion VND urban resort project.
The People’s Committee of Ha Nam Province recently announced the bidding results for the investment project to build a new urban area in Tuong Linh, Tan Son ward, and Nguyen UY commune, Kim Bang district (KB-DT26.22). The winning investor is Tuong Linh Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.
Regarding the investor, Tuong Linh Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company was established in December 2018 and is headquartered in Ha Nam. Most recently, in March 2025, the company increased its charter capital from 686 billion VND to 2,460 billion VND.
Regarding the project, the new Tuong Linh urban area has a land use scale of about 290 ha, located in three communes of Nguyen Uy, Tan Son, and Tuong Linh in Kim Bang district. The project land has not yet been cleared.
The total investment capital for the project is 13,693 billion VND. The project’s duration is 50 years (from the date the Investor is granted the decision on land allocation, land lease, or land use purpose conversion by the competent authority). The project implementation progress is from 2024 to 2030.

Sun Urban City has a total investment capital of 35,000 billion VND and a scale of 420ha. According to the planning, this urban area will have commercial houses, villas, high-rise apartment buildings… along with many social utility works, entertainment, and resorts…
