According to our observations, several dietary supplements with expiration dates ranging from 2027 to 2028 were dumped near the intersection of Nguyen Van Linh and Trinh Quang Nghi streets in Phong Phu Commune, Binh Chanh District.
Residents living nearby shared that the supplements had been dumped by multiple three-wheeled vehicles during the late hours of the night over several consecutive days. The vehicles would quickly unload their cargo and flee the scene, making it challenging for residents to catch them in the act.
Among the discarded supplements were Homramin Ginseng extract with a production date of January 15, 2025, and an expiration date of January 15, 2028; Pharvita Plus Vitamins produced on June 10, 2024, and expiring on June 10, 2027; and Ginlobin Citicolin Omega 3 produced on June 10, 2024, with an expiration date of June 10, 2027. Additionally, several children’s dietary supplements were also discarded.
Many residents expressed concern and bewilderment as to why products like Ginlobin Citicolin Omega 3, which are still within their expiration dates and commonly used by families, were being discarded in such a manner.
