The Hung Ngan Garden project was granted a wastewater discharge permit in 2018 with a similar flow rate, but the permit was valid for three years. Per the developer’s request, the treated wastewater from the project will be connected to the city’s common water system on Duong Thi Muoi Street, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12.

In addition to wastewater, the developer has also requested permits for noise and vibration levels for two backup generators with capacities of 300kVA and 550kVA.

Hung Ngan Garden received investment and construction approvals from the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee in 2014, based on the detailed 1/500 planning approved in 2011. The total investment capital is approximately VND 1,838 billion, with a land area of 27,560m2, of which 16,259m2 is for residential purposes, and the rest is for public, green, and traffic areas. The project comprises four 22-story apartment blocks (A1, A2, B1, and B2), a primary school, and a commercial center, providing housing for 3,600 people with 1,357 apartments.

Currently, some components, such as Block B2, the school, and the commercial center, have not been implemented. The developer plans to continue with the remaining parts in the future.
