The Hanoi People’s Committee has issued a decision approving the list, allocation, and delivery of funds for policies and regimes for 40 officials, public employees, and workers involved in the organizational restructuring process. This is the fourth payment for 2025, totaling over VND 46.9 billion.

Specifically, the Hanoi People’s Committee will use the budget for salary reform in 2025 to support early retirees and those who leave their jobs according to Decree No. 178 and Decree No. 67.

The city’s People’s Committee directs agencies and units with early retirees and leavers to proactively receive and fully implement the payment, ensuring accuracy in terms of beneficiaries and regulations. The Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Finance are tasked with guiding and supervising relevant agencies and units to ensure compliance.

This policy implementation is part of the effort to rearrange and streamline the political system toward a more efficient and effective structure.

Through this, Hanoi demonstrates its strong political commitment to innovation and enhancing state management effectiveness while also safeguarding the rights and benefits of officials, public employees, and workers affected by the restructuring process.
