Mr. T.V.T., a resident of Ward 8, shared: “Today, I came to get the registration results, pressing the number from before 8 am but it was almost 10 am and it was still not my turn. I noticed that one counter was taking a long time to process a single set of documents, and by the morning, they had not even reached number 40.”
According to the SGGP Newspaper’s reporters, the headquarters of Ward 15, Tan Binh District (a part of which became Tan Son Ward after the merger) is currently under renovation and redesign to make it more spacious. On the morning of June 11, the ward was still receiving and certifying documents related to citizenship and handling incoming and outgoing documents. However, they were not yet equipped to receive land-related documents associated with the land registration office at the ward level. Meanwhile, at the Tan Binh District People’s Committee’s Office for Receiving and Returning Results, the reception and processing of land-related documents proceeded as usual.
Leaders of the branch office of the District Land Registration Office in Ho Chi Minh City informed that, for now, the reception of documents related to land procedures is still taking place at the one-door division under the district People’s Committee. Mr. Huynh Cao Cuong, Vice Chairman of Binh Chanh District People’s Committee, said that the communes in the district have prepared the administrative centers, equipped with basic infrastructure, internet connection, and operating officers.
