According to the SGGP Newspaper’s reporters, the headquarters of Ward 15, Tan Binh District (a part of which became Tan Son Ward after the merger) is currently under renovation and redesign to make it more spacious. On the morning of June 11, the ward was still receiving and certifying documents related to citizenship and handling incoming and outgoing documents. However, they were not yet equipped to receive land-related documents associated with the land registration office at the ward level. Meanwhile, at the Tan Binh District People’s Committee’s Office for Receiving and Returning Results, the reception and processing of land-related documents proceeded as usual.
Leaders of the branch office of the District Land Registration Office in Ho Chi Minh City informed that, for now, the reception of documents related to land procedures is still taking place at the one-door division under the district People’s Committee.
