Sun Group has officially invested in Ha Nam since the beginning of 2024, committing to the province’s development by constructing a series of urban area projects, amusement and entertainment parks, high-class resorts, social housing, and transportation infrastructure. In addition, the group is also organizing large-scale cultural and artistic events in Sun Urban City, enriching and beautifying the land while attracting residents and tourists to experience the “World’s Leading Local Cultural Destination.”

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Ha Nam Provincial People’s Committee, Truong Quoc Huy, affirmed: “With the simultaneous commencement of three projects with significant social and civil significance, including social housing, a sports complex, and a polyclinic, Sun Group once again affirms its strategic investor role, accompanying the local government in taking care of the physical and mental health of the people.”

The social housing project for doctors, nurses, and staff of Bach Mai and Viet Duc Hospitals, located on plots CT01, CT02, and OCT-01, has a total construction area of nearly 4,000 square meters and a total investment of over VND 400 billion. It comprises three blocks, each with ten floors and about 650 apartments scientifically designed to optimize natural light and functionality. The apartments range from a minimum size of nearly 40 square meters to a maximum of 70 square meters, flexibly catering to the housing needs of individuals or families.

With a consistent aesthetic vision throughout its projects, Sun Group not only constructs living spaces but also focuses on architectural and quality investments, a common “DNA” in Sun Group’s projects. The commitment to ensuring that social housing is not inferior to commercial housing is evident in the harmonious living spaces featuring spacious lobbies, community activity areas, wide corridors, modern elevators, and friendly, safe architectural solutions.

With affordable prices focused on social welfare, the social housing project will contribute to ensuring housing conditions for medical staff working at the second facilities of the two large hospitals from the end of this year. It will also help fulfill the dream of home ownership for many. This is not just a modern residential area but also a token of gratitude and a sharing of responsibility by Ha Nam Province and Sun Group for the medical force, the “frontline soldiers” caring for the community’s health.

Sun Group’s journey to enhance the physical and mental well-being of the community continues with the sports complex project south of Vo Nguyen Giap Street. By utilizing and investing in expanding and upgrading the existing Ha Nam Gymnasium, this complex will be a large-scale sports center, meeting the requirements for professional competitions and becoming a new destination for athletes and sports enthusiasts nationwide and internationally.

The project has a total area of 22.21 hectares and a total investment of over VND 1,024 billion. It comprises modern and environmentally friendly facilities designed with green materials and bright colors. The existing multi-purpose gymnasium can accommodate over 7,000 people, along with a 3,000-seat stadium, a water sports area, and diverse training grounds for football, tennis, basketball, and outdoor gymnastics. The highlight of the complex lies not only in its scale and functionality but also in the comprehensive experience it offers, including cafés, dining services, parking lots, and green spaces harmoniously arranged to create an open, friendly, and accessible sports environment for all.

The sports complex not only contributes to realizing the Ha Nam Province’s development strategy toward 2050 but is also expected to become a world-class sports center, a gathering place with sufficient infrastructure and modern spaces to host international-level professional tournaments.

The third project, with special importance in caring for the people’s health, is the High-Quality Polyclinic – Sun Hospital. With an area of 3.18 hectares and a total investment of over VND 1,543 billion, the project aims to build a high-end polyclinic with international-standard medical care services. The hospital is planned to have 150 beds, organized scientifically to ensure flexibility and high specialization between functional blocks. From the examination department, inpatient and outpatient treatment, modern operating rooms to laboratories, imaging diagnostics, and emergency rooms, the design aims to provide comfort and friendliness, where advanced medical technology goes hand in hand with humane and refined services.

Sun Hospital is expected to become an essential “link” in the Sun Urban City urban area and, in the future, the 1,690-hectare Sun Mega City super urban area – the largest in the North, contributing to the creation of a model urban area: a place where people can live, work, relax, and take care of their health comprehensively.

“We hope that these three projects, when put into operation, will contribute to completing the synchronous infrastructure system of housing, healthcare, education, and sports at the southern gateway of Hanoi, connecting with the modern transportation system that has been and is being invested in. In the future, this area will become a developing urban area, an ideal place to live and relax for the people of the North,” Sun Group representative shared.

Along with the strategy of investing in the Sun Urban City mega-project with 1,001 utilities and diverse functions, Sun Group always pays attention to improving the physical and mental health of the people of Ha Nam and the Northern provinces. Each project, product, and tourist attraction invested by Sun Group in the region, such as the festival boulevard axis, world-class water music performances, Sun World water park, weekly fireworks displays, VUI-Fest night market, etc., closely follows the goal of “putting people at the center,” thereby enhancing the quality of life for the community.
