Lindo is a well-known and beloved member of the Quang Linh Africa team. This young man from Angola has won the hearts of many with his fluent Vietnamese and his friendly, humorous, and hardworking personality. He is also passionate about cooking and enjoys preparing Vietnamese dishes.
Recently, Lindo started a new venture, as seen on his newly established YouTube channel. He set up a sugarcane juice stall on the sidewalk to earn extra income and introduce this refreshing drink to the people of Angola.
As soon as he started selling, a curious crowd gathered around, fascinated by the sugarcane juicing machine. “Today, I’m offering sugarcane juice, everyone! It’s even better with ice on a hot day like this,” Lindo promoted. A large cup of this refreshing drink is priced at 200 Kz (equivalent to over 5,000 VND), while a small cup costs 100 Kz.

Many Angolans were unfamiliar with sugarcane juice and the juicing process, so Lindo happily demonstrated how to juice the sugarcane and enjoy this delicious drink.
“Just split the sugarcane in half and put it in the machine to extract the juice. Then, add some ice to a glass and pour in the juice. For a tangy twist, you can also add a slice of lemon,” Lindo explained.
After tasting this refreshing drink, customers of all ages raved about its sweetness and delicious flavor. Some even bought large quantities to share with their families and help spread the word about Lindo’s new business. Since opening, Lindo has been busy serving a steady stream of customers, some of whom returned for a second cup.
Lindo’s life has transformed since joining the Africa team with the support of the Quang Linh Vlogs team. He is now considered the richest member of the group, having purchased land, built a house, and started a business. When Lindo got married, Quang Linh and the Africa team enthusiastically supported him.
Following the arrest of Quang Linh, a member of the “Africa team,” due to the Kera candy incident, the activities of the group’s members have been under public scrutiny, including Lindo. On May 19, Lindo shared a post explaining his circumstances and why he hadn’t posted any new videos on his YouTube channel recently. He mentioned financial difficulties and not having a phone to record videos.
“For our first video, we borrowed a camera. Then, we had a phone to record two videos. However, in the past few days, the phone’s camera has been malfunctioning, and we haven’t been able to do anything about it,” Lindo wrote.
Interestingly, Lindo has since created a brand new channel called “FamÃlia Lindo Vlogs – Life in Africa,” on which he has been consistently uploading videos. This new channel has already amassed nearly 13,000 subscribers within a month of its creation. Meanwhile, his first channel, “Lindo Vlogs – Life in Africa” (with 673,000 subscribers), hasn’t had any new videos in the last month.
