On June 10th, the People’s Committee of Hanoi approved the investment proposal for the construction of a road connecting Khuong Viet Street and Provincial Road 131 (Soc Son District). The 235-meter-long and 30-meter-wide road will be invested by the People’s Committee of Soc Son District. It starts at the intersection of Khuong Viet and Luu Nhan Tru Streets and ends at Nui Doi Road (Provincial Road 131).

The project includes compensation for site clearance, foundation, road surface, pavement, greenery, lighting, drainage, and other auxiliary items. With a total investment of VND 58 billion, the project is expected to be implemented from 2025 to 2028.

The project aims to build a road that completes the connection from Khuong Viet Street and Luu Nhan Tru Street to Provincial Road 131, as planned. It will also contribute to the development of the local economy and society by gradually improving the synchronous and modern transport infrastructure.

On the same day, the People’s Committee of Hanoi also approved the investment proposal for the construction of Dam Viet Tan Road in Thuong Tin District. The road is expected to be 0.87 km long and 16 meters wide, starting from Provincial Road 427B and ending at Tu Ba Co Road.

The road will be invested with synchronous items such as drainage, lighting, greenery, technical channels, and auxiliary works to ensure traffic safety. With a total expected investment of VND 104 billion, the project will be implemented from 2025 to 2027 by the People’s Committee of Thuong Tin District.

According to the People’s Committee of Hanoi, the construction of Dam Viet Tan Road aims to connect Provincial Road 427B, National Highway 1A, and Urban Areas 6 and 7 (in Thuong Tin Town). This will facilitate the travel of local people and contribute to completing the transport infrastructure as planned.

Previously, on June 9, the People’s Committee of Hanoi approved the investment proposal for the construction of a road connecting Tay Thang Long Road to inter-level schools and judicial agencies in Dan Phuong District.

The 1.6-km-long road consists of three sections: 475 meters, 575 meters, and 550 meters, respectively. The road will have a 24-meter-wide cross-section, including a 14-meter-wide road surface and 10-meter-wide sidewalks on both sides.
