The accused were found to have violated regulations during the organization and implementation of compensation, support, and resettlement for a household affected by the N10 Road and Residential Area on both sides of the road project (from Phan Chau Trinh to Nguyen Thai Hoc Street) in An My Ward, Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province.
Specifically, La Mai Dinh Hoa and Tran Dang Hung were assigned to conduct an inventory for compensation and support for a household in the clearance area, with a total amount of over VND 3.7 billion. They, however, fraudulently included and inflated the area of a carpentry workshop and structures by 83.7 square meters in the supplementary inventory of the household’s assets and structures, even though the household had not requested this.
