There has been much buzz surrounding the bird’s nest product range by D.T.T, previously sold by livestreamers Le Anh Nuoi, Doctor Cung, and Pham Thoai, at incredibly low prices. The quality of the product has been called into question, as the price point of just 10,000 to 20,000 VND per 70ml jar seems too good to be true, especially with claims of containing 50% fresh bird’s nest.
Recently, D.T.T’s representative, Ms. T. from Viet Cuong Nhan Trading Services Co., Ltd., has addressed these concerns. She assured consumers that the company would clarify any doubts and queries regarding the product’s quality and pricing.

Regarding the pre-cooked bird’s nest jars, which have also sparked controversy, the company representative stated that they could not confirm the accuracy of the inspection figures published by the media. However, they released their own test results, which, according to Ms. T., align with their product specifications.
Additionally, the brand announced that they would modify their packaging to specify the exact bird’s nest content by weight, instead of just a percentage, to avoid any misunderstandings and provide clearer information to consumers.

Despite these efforts, online communities remain skeptical, arguing that the test results were self-declared by the brand, and thus, one-sided.
Interestingly, Doctor Cung and Le Anh Nuoi, notable KOLs/KOCs who previously sold D.T.T bird’s nest products during their livestreams back in 2024, have also made unusual moves.
On June 10th, Doctor Cung posted a video outlining his collaboration process with D.T.T. In the video, he mentioned that he had inquired about product inspection documents and was provided with the necessary paperwork by the brand. He even visited their factory to observe the production process firsthand. However, he stopped selling their products in mid-2024 due to a change in business direction.
As of now, this video is no longer available on his TikTok account, which boasts over 803,000 followers.

Le Anh Nuoi’s post about the controversy has also been removed (screen capture)
On the same day, Le Anh Nuoi posted a statement on his TikTok account, with 1.8 million followers, addressing the concerns surrounding the product. This post has also been removed, and comments on his account are currently disabled.
Previously, Le Anh Nuoi had mentioned on social media that there was misinformation circulating about his sale of D.T.T bird’s nest products in 2024, which caused public concern. He stated that he was gathering evidence and documents to provide a transparent explanation about the situation.
The discussions surrounding this affordable bird’s nest product range continue to capture the attention of the online community.
