Microsoft Vietnam Included in the List of Companies Delayed in Paying Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance for May 2025
On June 6th, the Hanoi Social Security Agency published a list of 33,894 businesses that were delayed in paying social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for May 2025.
Notably, Microsoft Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Business Registration Certificate No.: 0102373635), with its head office located on the 23rd floor of Capital Place, Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, was delayed in paying social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for 2 months, with a total overdue amount of over 3 billion VND.

Topping the list is APAX English Corporation, chaired by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thuy, with 63 months of delayed payments, totaling nearly 62 billion VND.
Additionally, FLC Group Joint Stock Company has delayed payments for 35 months, amounting to 12.5 billion VND.

From July onwards, those who have been enrolled in health insurance for 5 consecutive years will be entitled to unprecedented benefits.
Mandatory Business Registration for Social Insurance: A Maximum of Nearly VND 12 Million per Month.
As of July 1st, business household owners will be mandated to participate in social insurance with a minimum contribution of 585,000 VND per month and a maximum of nearly 12 million VND.
