The Ministry of Finance and Trade has just announced adjustments to gasoline and oil prices, effective from 3:00 pm on June 12th.

In this adjustment, the Ministries decided to increase the price of RON 92 gasoline by 200 VND per liter and RON 95 gasoline by 270 VND per liter. After the adjustment, the maximum retail price of RON 92 gasoline is 19,460 VND per liter, and RON 95 gasoline is 19,960 VND per liter.

Meanwhile, the price of diesel oil increased by 280 VND per liter to 17,700 VND per liter, and kerosene increased by 230 VND per liter to 17,510 VND per liter. The price of mazut also went up by 290 VND per kg, reaching 16,460 VND per kg.

Thus, since the beginning of the year, domestic gasoline and oil prices have undergone 24 adjustments, with RON 95 gasoline increasing 13 times and decreasing 11 times. Diesel oil has increased 12 times, decreased 11 times, and remained unchanged once.

In this adjustment, the Ministries of Trade and Industry and Finance did not use the Price Stabilization Fund for gasoline and oil products.

In the latest adjustment on June 5th, the price of RON 92 gasoline increased by 70 VND per liter, while RON 95 gasoline increased by 130 VND per liter. After the adjustment, the maximum retail price of RON 92 gasoline was 19,260 VND per liter, and RON 95 gasoline was 19,690 VND per liter. The price of diesel oil also increased by 290 VND, reaching 17,420 VND per liter.
