Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, Chairwoman of BRG Group, proposed several initiatives during the meeting

During a working session with the leaders of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province on June 12, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, Chairwoman of BRG Group, proposed several initiatives related to the High-end Service Complex project at 40 Quang Trung, Vung Tau city.

The project comprises an office building, tourist apartments for lease, and a 5-star hotel (Hilton and OSC Duxton Property Development). The proposed initiatives include: changing the land lease payment method, adjusting the detailed planning at a 1/500 scale, and issuing an investment registration certificate after the adjustment.

In addition, BRG also proposed a series of other real estate projects in Vung Tau city, including: Lam Son Area (Ward 1), 124-126 Le Loi (Ward 4), 100 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh, 4-6 Thuy Van Area (Thang Tam Ward), and a themed park at 262 Le Loi. Notably, the Group expressed its desire to develop an international-standard golf course in Vung Tau city, contributing to the diversification of the locality’s tourism products.

Acknowledging BRG’s proposals, Mr. Nguyen Van Tho, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, appreciated the enterprise’s dedication and potential, affirming that the province always welcomes strategic, reputable, and capable investors. He committed to accompanying and providing maximum support within the framework of the law and directing relevant departments to promptly address difficulties related to procedures, land, planning, and legal issues for the enterprise.
