As a matter of fact, the project is about to launch a series of unique utilities, starting with the Rose subdivision, welcoming more residents and becoming a check-in, entertainment, recreation, and sports destination for Thu Thua.

The riverfront cafe and restaurant is set to open its doors soon.
Specifically, the construction of a high-end cafe and restaurant alongside a serene canal is nearing completion, with 95% of the work done, and it’s ready to welcome locals and visitors for a unique experience by the end of June.

The pickleball courts are a popular attraction, drawing hundreds of enthusiasts daily.
Additionally, the area’s first three pickleball courts are gradually becoming operational and are expected to attract hundreds of players daily. Meanwhile, children’s playgrounds are also being expedited to provide an ideal recreational space for young residents.

The Thu Thua Administrative Center will officially commence operations on July 1st, 2025.
Another advantage of Agora City is the presence of the new Thu Thua Administrative Center within the project boundaries. Spanning 5 hectares, this center will become operational on July 1, 2025. The commencement of this administrative hub will not only boost economic development but also unlock vast commercial potential, attract more residents, and enhance the value of Agora City.
The urban area’s development is based on the core values of the product, so all utilities at Agora City are carefully calculated by the investor to ensure they meet the needs of a joyful, healthy, and happy life for all generations. This is why the project boasts 48 major and 52 minor unique utilities in the region.
These include the Peace Park, a walking street, a light square, swimming pools, a clubhouse, a swan park, restaurants, a wine castle, a marina, kindergartens, and medical centers. Notably, Agora City will soon welcome one of Vietnam’s leading retail supermarkets, establishing a new commercial hub in the west of Ho Chi Minh City.

The “Mua Vang Agora” (Agora Golden Season) gate, the largest single-span gate in the urban area, is decorated with rice-themed reliefs.
Previously, in February 2024, the project made a big splash in Ho Chi Minh City’s west when it received a certificate from the Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings) recognizing the “Mua Vang Agora” gate as the “Largest single-span gate in the urban area, decorated with rice-themed reliefs.” The gate, with a total width of 64 meters, is designed in a neoclassical style and consists of one main gate and two side gates. The rice-themed reliefs on the gate reflect the cultural heritage of rice cultivation in Vietnam, particularly in Long An province, instilling a sense of pride in the local community.

The sculpture garden exudes a strong European influence.
Soon after, the project’s showroom and model homes, imbued with European elegance, along with beautifully landscaped gardens and walking paths, offered visitors and investors a tangible experience of the future community at Agora City. Notably, the Trung Nguyen Cafe has also set up a branch within the project, serving both current visitors and future residents.
With a well-planned infrastructure and a host of meticulously invested amenities, Agora City takes pride in offering a distinctive living space for a successful community in the west of Ho Chi Minh City. Agora City is also committed to sustainable development and benefits from the infrastructure of various projects in the city, but at an accelerated pace.
Strategically located on the frontage of the 818 Boulevard—a vital and aesthetically pleasing road in the region, spanning eight lanes and costing VND 1,000 billion to construct—Agora City enjoys seamless connectivity from National Highway 1 to National Highway N2 and direct access to the Ho Chi Minh City-Trung Luong Expressway within just three minutes.
Notably, according to the announcement No. 2554/TB-SXD issued on May 26, 2025, regarding a meeting held on May 22 by the People’s Committee of Long An province, there is a proposal to expand the Ho Chi Minh City-Trung Luong-My Thuan Expressway section passing through Long An province, including constructing a new interchange with the 818 Boulevard. Additionally, the existing rest stop at Km28+200 will be expanded to approximately 42.1 hectares (21.3 hectares on the left and 20.8 hectares on the right), making it more convenient for residents and attracting more people from the central urban area of Ho Chi Minh City.
An expert emphasized, “As the shift to satellite cities gains momentum, it is inevitable that real estate prices will soar due to the vibrant commercial activities and increased demand for actual living spaces.”
