The Ministry of Public Security has appointed Major General Truong Son Lam, Director of Ben Tre Provincial Police, as the new Chairman of MobiFone’s Members’ Council.

Major General Truong Son Lam (born 1972 in Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province) holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, a Doctorate in Law from the People’s Security Academy, and a Senior Political Theory level.
Major General Lam has held various positions within the General Security Department. In March 2020, he was appointed by the Ministry of Public Security as Deputy Director of the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention.
On October 10, 2022, the Ministry of Public Security announced the decision to appoint Mr. Truong Son Lam to the position of Director of Ben Tre Provincial Police.
