On June 15th, the Eufy by Anker brand will officially launch in Vietnam with three new robot vacuum models. Notably, the X10 Pro Omni, a mid-to-high-end device, offers a suction power of 8,000 Pa and AI-enabled object detection and avoidance. It retails at VND 19.99 million but is available at a discounted price of VND 14.99 million on e-commerce platforms.

The Eufy X10 Pro Omni is equipped with an 8,000 Pa suction power, AI-enabled object detection, and avoidance, a tangle-reducing roller brush design, and a 360-degree mopping system that automatically lifts the mop when it encounters a carpet.

The charging station has trash disposal, mop washing, and drying capabilities using hot air, similar to competitors like Dreame and Ecovacs. However, the Eufy X10 Pro Omni boasts a more compact and straightforward design, ideal for moderately-sized homes. The accompanying Eufy Clean app enables users to schedule cleaning times, create no-go zones, and customize their cleaning routines.

In addition to the flagship model, Eufy also introduces two other variants: the Omni S1 Pro, focusing on mopping performance, and the Omni C20, designed for compact spaces and small apartments. Both will be available in June 2025, with official pricing yet to be announced.

Alongside the product launch, Eufy initiates a content creation campaign, “Nhà sạch thì mát,” on social media, offering VND 500 million in prizes. This initiative aims to boost brand awareness and engage the tech-savvy and household appliance enthusiasts.

Eufy’s entry into the Vietnamese market provides consumers with another option as the robot vacuum industry heats up. In the 15–20 million VND price range, strong competition exists from established brands. At this price point, consumers tend to meticulously compare real-world performance, obstacle avoidance capabilities, and long-term reliability before making a purchase decision.
