VNDIRECT to Pay 5% Cash Dividend for 2024

Ho Chi Minh City, June 25th, 2025 – VNDIRECT Securities Corporation (VNDIRECT: VND) has announced that it will finalize its shareholder list on June 25th, 2025, to pay a 2024 cash dividend of 5%, equivalent to VND 500 per share. The payment is expected to be made starting July 15th, 2025.

With over 1.52 billion shares outstanding, VNDIRECT will need to allocate VND 761 billion for this dividend payout. Among the recipients, I.P.A Investment Group Joint Stock Company, holding over 396 million shares, will receive nearly VND 200 billion. Ms. Pham Minh Huong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, will also receive more than VND 22 billion from this dividend payment.

This dividend plan was approved by VNDIRECT’s shareholders during the 2025 Annual General Meeting held in May. At the meeting, General Director Nguyen Vu Long affirmed that VNDIRECT maintains a 5% dividend policy, equivalent to a yield of 3.5-4%, which is on par with the interest rates offered by state-owned banks. In addition, the potential growth in the company’s share price could further enhance the return on investment. Long-term shareholders may benefit from reinvesting their dividends to maximize their investment’s potential.

“Shareholders who haven’t sold their shares haven’t lost. We sincerely hope that our shareholders will remain patient and continue their journey with us,” Mr. Long shared with the shareholders.

In terms of business performance, VNDIRECT aims for a total revenue of VND 4,412 billion and a pre-tax profit of VND 2,300 billion in 2025, an increase of 8% and 10%, respectively, compared to the previous year. The target for after-tax profit is set at VND 1,840 billion. In the first quarter of 2025, the company’s operating revenue reached nearly VND 1,258 billion, a 9% decrease compared to the same period in 2024. Consequently, after deducting taxes and expenses, VNDIRECT reported a net profit of over VND 382.5 billion in the first quarter, a 38% decline year-over-year.

On the market, VND shares closed at VND 16,150 per share on June 13th, 2025.
