The Hai Duong Cultural and Sports Complex is located in Thach Khoi Ward and Lien Hong Commune, Hai Duong City. The total planned area for the complex is over 28 hectares.
The investment scale includes: a stadium with approximately 30,000 seats, a multi-purpose competition and training hall with 3,000 seats and a spectator stand, a table tennis hall with 3,000 seats and a spectator stand, outdoor courts and ranges, and technical infrastructure.
The project, with a total estimated investment of VND 790 billion, is managed by the Provincial Project Management Board for Construction Investment.
To put it into perspective, the new Hai Duong Stadium, with 30,000 seats, will be almost as big as My Dinh National Stadium (40,000 seats), equivalent to Lach Tray Stadium in Hai Phong (30,000 seats), larger than Viet Tri Stadium (20,000 seats), and three times the size of Dien Bien Province Stadium…
