This is the latest legal development for NBB Garden III, following the decision by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee to approve the investment policy and select the investor for the project in 2024.

NBB Garden III spans 5.3 hectares in Ward 16, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City, near the intersection of An Duong Vuong and Truong Dinh Hoi Streets, adjacent to Vo Van Kiet Boulevard. The project comprises five 33-story towers with over 2,700 apartments, averaging approximately 57 square meters each.

According to NBB’s annual report, the total investment for the project, excluding VAT, is estimated at VND 4,478 billion, with an expected investment period from 2024 to 2029. As of March 31, 2025, NBB has invested over VND 951 billion in NBB Garden III.

At the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, NBB’s Chairman, Luu Hai Ca, shared that the bank would continue to provide financial support to the company for the development of the NBB Garden III project.
