In May 2025, the Xpander and Xforce maintained their positions as Mitsubishi’s best-selling models in Vietnam. The Xpander, with 1,100 units sold, remained in the top 10 best-selling vehicles in the market and dominated its segment.

Meanwhile, the Xforce secured second place in sales within its segment (considering only gasoline-powered vehicles) with 599 units sold. However, the Xforce GLX standard version has made a comeback this June after facing supply constraints. Additionally, this version is now offered with a promotion of VND 45 million (including 50% registration fee and a fuel voucher worth VND 15 million). As a result, the Xforce is poised to surge in sales this month.

Other variants of the Xforce are also being promoted with a 50% registration fee discount and fuel vouchers ranging from VND 15 million to 21 million, depending on the version. The highest total promotional value for this model stands at VND 55.5 million.

Compared to other Japanese and Korean competitors, the Xforce boasts a competitive starting price of just VND 599 million. This imported vehicle from Indonesia stands out with its modern and futuristic design, and its features cater to light off-road capabilities. The top-of-the-line Xforce variant also includes ADAS.

Mitsubishi is offering promotions not only on the Xforce but also on familiar models like the Xpander (including the Xpander Cross), Attrage, and Triton. These models come with a 50% registration fee discount, but the accompanying gifts vary. Notably, the Attrage has a version that offers a 100% registration fee waiver.

Specifically, the Xpander and Xpander Cross, in addition to the 50% registration fee discount, come with fuel vouchers worth VND 15-20 million, a 360-degree camera valued at VND 20 million, or a rearview camera worth VND 2.5 million, depending on the variant. There is still a 2024 production Xpander available, limited to the MT version, which includes a 50% registration fee support, a VND 15 million fuel voucher, and a VND 2.5 million rearview camera.

On the other hand, the Attrage standard version offers not just a 100% registration fee waiver worth VND 38 million but also includes an additional fuel voucher of VND 8 million and a rearview camera worth VND 2.5 million. The CVT Premium version only provides a 50% registration fee support but compensates with a fuel voucher worth VND 20 million and a shark fin antenna worth VND 1.5 million.

As for the Triton, the promotional offerings are consistent across all variants, including a 50% registration fee discount ranging from VND 20 million to 28 million, along with gifts worth VND 10 million.

Additionally, Mitsubishi is offering maintenance promotions for existing vehicle owners, including a 30% discount on transmission oil and windshield wipers, and a 15% discount on air conditioner filters, tires, batteries, brake pads, timing belts, antibacterial deodorizing solutions, and cold cleaning solutions. This program is valid from June 2 to July 16, 2025.

In other news, Mitsubishi recently introduced the DST Concept – a 7-seater SUV concept that is likely to make its way to Vietnam in the near future. This vehicle sports a rugged design with similarities to the Xforce.
