TDH’s 2025 Business Plan

This plan was set in motion by TDH’s leadership after a promising first quarter of 2025, which saw a net profit of nearly VND 6 billion, in contrast to a loss in the same period last year. This positive turn of events was largely due to an unexpected profit of over VND 7 billion, attributed to the rearrangement of long-term payables, as explained by TDH.

According to their website, TDH has made headway regarding a VAT refund of over VND 365 billion and late payment interest. As a result, the company is now in a position to reverse the late payment interest previously provided for.

In the report, the General Director of TDH acknowledged the important positive shifts in the real estate market but also highlighted ongoing challenges. Consequently, the company will primarily focus on existing projects and land plots. For the period of 2025-2028, TDH will operate with a strategy centered on safety and sustainability, laying the groundwork for future market opportunities.

Some specific actions include: seeking reasonably priced land funds, resolving legal issues, and initiating construction on over 10ha of land in Thu Duc City; collaborating on social housing projects; and continuing to lease office space in Thu Duc City.

TDH has been exploring potential social housing projects to contribute to the government’s “Proposal to Invest in Building at Least 1 Million Social Housing Units for Low-Income Earners and Industrial Park Workers for the 2021-2030 Period.” Simultaneously, they are focusing on M&A activities, including projects that have attracted interest from other investors, such as the 3.3ha mixed-use development in Hiep Binh Phuoc and several projects in other provinces.

Alongside its comprehensive restructuring process, TDH is committed to finalizing the legal procedures for its older projects to fulfill its obligations to customers. This year, the company aims to complete the legal processes and issue land use right certificates for three operational projects: TDH Phuoc Long Apartment with 171 units, TDH River View (Lot H) with 214 units, and Citrine Apartment with 226 units. These procedures are expected to be concluded in the second half of the year.
