Vinhomes The Gallery is an upscale mixed-use development located at 148 Giang Vo, just 4 km from Ho Guom. The project is developed by Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center JSC, a member of Vingroup.

With a total investment of VND 17,440 billion and an area of over 68,000 sq. m, this project is not just conveniently located but also encompasses Giang Vo Lake, which spans over 6 hectares, matching the project’s size.

Vinhomes The Gallery comprises three main zones: Little Soho, Little Ginza, and Little Gum, with building densities ranging from 77% to 82%.

The project features 199 low-rise commercial units, each with a land area ranging from 73 to 191 sq. m and consisting of 5 floors.

Each unit boasts a generous 8-meter-wide main facade and a second frontage, maximizing space and offering expanded views.

The project also includes a school complex on a plot marked GD, spanning over 8,800 sq. m, along with green areas and transportation infrastructure.

Designed with four basement levels and over 1,500 parking spaces, the development aims to cater to the future residents’ needs.

Construction on the project is now underway, with a large number of machinery and workers creating a bustling atmosphere on-site.

Vinhomes The Gallery is expected to extend the city’s development westward from the center and boost the value of surrounding real estate along adjacent streets.

Local residents in the Giang Vo area also anticipate that the presence of a prominent developer will revitalize the long-vacant plot. Furthermore, it will enhance public amenities and build upon the legacy of the historic Giang Vo Exhibition Center.
