The Ninh Binh Province’s Asset Auction Service Center announces the auction of dozens of land plots within the province.
Specifically, the center announces the auction of the right to use 48 land plots planned for residential construction in the Nguyen Ngoai II residential area, Ninh Nhat Ward, Hoa Lu City.
The land plots range from 172 to 413 square meters in area, with a starting price of VND 11.5-20.1 million per square meter. Participants in the auction are required to make a deposit ranging from VND 395 million to VND 1.66 billion.
The auction will take place on June 21st. The venue for the auction is the Ninh Nhat Ward People’s Committee’s Cultural House, Hoa Lu City. The auction will be conducted through direct bidding at the auction session, with an ascending bid method.

Following this, the Ninh Binh Province’s Asset Auction Service Center also announces the auction of the right to use 76 land plots for residential construction in Khanh Nhac, Khanh Hoi, Khanh Cuong, and Khanh Hoa communes of Yen Khanh District on June 24th.
The land plots range from 106 to 439 square meters in area, with a starting price of VND 5.7-9.2 million per square meter. Participants in the auction are required to make a deposit ranging from over VND 135 million to nearly VND 580 million.
The venue for the price announcement session is the Khanh Hoa Commune People’s Committee’s Cultural House, Yen Khanh District. The auction will be conducted through indirect bidding, with an ascending bid method, in one round for each land plot.
Meanwhile, Kinh Do Partnership Auction Company announces the auction of 42 land lots, with a total area of 7,814.3 square meters, in three communes: Hoang Nam, Dong Thinh, and Nghia Chau of Nghia Hung District, Nam Dinh Province.
In Hoang Nam commune, there are 8 land lots including: 4 lots in the interstitial area at Chau Thanh village gate with a total area of 1,076.0 square meters and a starting price of VND 1.93 billion; and 4 lots in the interstitial area in Ha Duong village, with an area of 629.0 square meters and a starting price of VND 1.62 billion.
In Dong Thinh commune, there are 2 land lots in the concentrated residential area of Nghia Thinh ward, with an area of 251.3 square meters and a starting price of VND 2.51 billion.
In Nghia Chau commune, there are a total of 32 land lots in the concentrated residential area of Dao Thuong village, with a total area of 5,858.0 square meters and a starting price of VND 68.5 billion.
A minimum increment of VND 100,000 per square meter will be applied for all land lots. The auction will be conducted through direct bidding at the auction session (1 round).
The auction documents will be sold and received from 8:00 am on June 10, 2025, to 12:00 noon on June 20, 2025. The auction is scheduled to take place at 9:00 am on June 25, 2025 (Wednesday). The expected venue is the People’s Committee of Nghia Chau Commune, Nghia Hung District.
