On June 18th, MCV Joint Stock Group (MCV Group) and Southern Breeze Travel & Tourism Joint Stock Company (Southern Breeze) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement and launched the MCV Travel tourism brand.
This event marks an important milestone in MCV Group’s journey of expanding its media-technology-commerce ecosystem into the field of high-quality experiential travel.
According to Mr. Pham Tu Liem, Chairman of the Board of Directors of MCV Group, MCV Travel will focus on developing thematic travel products, combining entertainment, culture, and commerce to meet the diverse exploration needs of Vietnamese and international travelers.
For example, the KOL-accompanied tour model, which is popular worldwide but still novel in Vietnam, offers a bonding experience between travelers and their inspirations, thereby strongly promoting the destination’s values.
Some notable tours include the VIP Super Formula Fuji Speedway Tour: Experiencing the Super Formula Race in Japan, tailored for speed sports enthusiasts.

The Vietnam-Japan KOL Tour connects influencers, artists, and content creators from both countries, exploring cultural destinations and supporting tourism through personal perspectives and real-life experience stories.
The Television Tour, in collaboration with Japanese and Vietnamese television stations, offers special tours for television program audiences and actors (approximately 160 people per trip).
“These trips not only offer unique experiences but also provide an opportunity to create exclusive reality television content, enhancing interactions between celebrities and their fans,” said Mr. Liem.

At the event, Mr. Liem also announced the appointment of Mr. Okamoto Yuya, a Japanese expert, as the Brand Director of MCV Travel.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Mamada Akio, CEO of Southern Breeze Travel & Tourism, shared that since the establishment of their travel company in Vietnam in 1996, the enterprise has strived to serve as a bridge between the two markets through tourism activities. “We will further promote tourism between Vietnam and Japan.
